WTF Moment from the Heartland

So this is one of the reasons I may have been quiet recently. I remember seeing this a while back in my other place. Do you guys see this? I've been seeing his non-stop since Friday night. I got around it on Saturday by piggy-backing on some neighbor's unsecured wireless (beware horny geeks seeking wi-fi!) and it connected fine. Go figure. It's not one PC in my house - it's the whole house connection. *sigh*
